    Why does my XBox1 not show my gamertag info from XBox360?


    Since I upgrader my system to Xbox1 I cannot with my gamer tag information? Why? And what's the fix for this? Please help?

    Tansfering my gamertag?

    Hi guys

    I bought an Xbox1 and transferred my gamertag & achievements to it from my XBox360. My Xbox1 shows all my new achievements, but when I log online direct to my gamertag/profile it doesn't have the new ones. Somehow they have gotten out of sync. Does anyone
    know how to fix this?

    Gamertag forcibly changed

    I would like to know why my Gamertag was forcibly changed from "KOOLKRAZIKANE" to "WearyFoal575614". While I was playing COD Ghost my Xbox1 console froze ... I powered it down and when I resumed playing my Gamertag had changed. WHY ????????

    Live TV Lag via Xbox One

    Reading other recent posts... i swapped out my HDMI cable from the STB to the Xbox1. I ran the Microsoft one, now it seems to work fine. not sure why, but it does. Same HDMI that was from STB to Xbox1 is now from receiver to TV. so again, not sure why
    this fixes things.

    On the Xbox360 console, when you try to make a change in Billing Information under Account Management, it will show you the parental account.
