Why does my xbox update fail?

So I have a Xbox one and recently like 3 days ago it needed an update, I pressed update and it will only go up to 66% after that it says that there was an error and gives me 4 options, like resetting the xbox, deleting xbox info like games and accounts or keeping the games and deleting everything else, I already tried those options but whenever I press A on what option I want it just freezes and the screen won’t do anything or the xbox, I tried to unplug and press the button to reset the xbox but it wont work and I don’t know what to do? It say’s system error E100 I would appreciate any help

Select I am getting an error code.
Scroll down the screen and select 800701e7.
