    Hello, i have a problem with my xbox one x. Some times when i change app/game or open a game, begins the whole screen to go black then shuts down randomly.

    Hey Steven and Tarzuk,

    I have a similar problem with my original xbox one randomly either shutting down, or quitting to home screen during gameplay. It is extremely frustrating. I've done the hard restart, soft and hard factory reset, got a new power supply box/cable. None of
    it works.

    Is there anything else to try?

    Thanks for keeping us updated. The power cycle that XFlaKoz recommended does not remove any data from the console. The support article that XBF Steven provided regarding

    the factory reset     explains how to get to the setting using your Xbox One X. Be sure to let us know the results!
