Why does my xbox series x keep closing two of my games after 20 minutes of game play?

Based on the information you've provided, it seems that you've already tried some troubleshooting steps such as factory resetting the Xbox Series X and uninstalling/reinstalling the games. However, the issue still persists.

Before we proceed, I will be asking you few questions to understand further the issue we have:

1. Was this working just fine before?
   
2. Were you able to play these two particular games before without any issues?
   
3. Does the issue persist to these two games only? Have tried checking on another game for that?
   

In the meantime, to further troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend trying the following steps:

• Check for any available updates for your Xbox Series X and the games you're experiencing issues with. To do this, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Updates & downloads" > "Console update available" and "Game & app updates".
  
  
  
• Clear the cache on your Xbox Series X. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cable from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning on the console.
  
  
  
• Check your internet connection. Poor internet connection can cause games to close unexpectedly. Make sure that your Xbox Series X is connected to a stable and fast internet connection.
  
  
  
• Try playing the games offline. This will help determine if the issue is related to your internet connection.
  
• Test your network connection. A network connection issue can sometimes affect gameplay.
  
  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    
  • Select profile & system > settings > general > network settings

I'm having the EXACT same problem. I'm on series x and 15 minutes into the match my screen freezes and I have to close the game. Cant even play a game I paid 70 dollars for...

hi im having problems with my xbox 360 slender,the disc drive keeps opening and closing to fast and doesnt give me time to insert a game disc and when it does i can only play around 20 minutes and the disc drive door opens itsellf and then it goes black
and will return to the dashboard and says it

The game just closed, but internet connection still good.

We play 3 games, and the issue still same.

The issue start from the beggining, i subscribe gamepass family sharing because i want to play coop online games with my brother. And from the first our play, this happen.

I can play other online game smoothly.

I played the game in my pc and game already installed in my device.

This issue only happen in my pc, but my brother's is okay. I dont know why my game still suddenly closed after 10-20 minutes play.
