    Why does my Xbox series X continuously disconnect from online games and always have lag and high ping issues. I have had spectrum come and check the router and connection many times and it has been proven to be fast and my roommates both have consoles that do not experience these issues. I am not far from the router and have done numerous speed tests which have confirmed that the internet is not the problem. Our internet is 5GHZ and 1000mb/s and I’ve gone thru network settings on my Xbox countless times and reset everything following YouTube videos to still have the same problem. I want to know why my Xbox series x continuously disconnects from online games and lags and has high ping all the time.

    The speed of the Internet a you purchased has No effect on Network conditions, you need to call your internet provider

    My provider has come multiple times and the internet isn’t the issue. Like I said in my post my roommates have 0 problem with connectivity issues.
