My Xbox series S has been shutting off every time I try to play NBA 2K24 but It lets me play any other game like GTA 3 or Starfield with no problem. It will let me play one game in MyCareer then it'll completely shut off If I try to play another game. I'm confused about why this is happening.

The Xbox says it overheating and needs proper ventilation. I have taken it apart deep-clean the console, and took it to a repair shop they said it was fine but it still happens. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be the cause? I would appreciate it.
