Why does my xbox say “finishing things up” when I’m updating but just freezes on it. Even...

Mine does the same thing. Has been since the last update. When it freezes, ya just have to wait a few and it catches up.

Unfortunately, none of these answers fixed this for me. Update though: looks like I can hear everything the other people in my Fortnite party is saying, they just can’t hear me. The weirder thing is, when I squad up with randos, the mic works just fine.
I can hear them and they can hear me. Again, same thing when I’m in an Xbox Live party. The only thing that doesnt work is my mic when I’m in a regular Fortnite party (not in an Xbox Live party).

Did you find a fix for this???

I’m having the exact same issue! I’ve tried EVERYTHING… even a full factory reset and the first thing I did was install steam and MCC but no luck… I have NO clue what’s going on or why… no cheats, no other games, no VAC bans or anything… when I play on my Xbox; it works and lets me finish a game but I’m my pc(fully reset now) it loads the game and then just kicks me and says “EAC has detected a problem”

I’ve submitted a ticket to the EAC website so I hope it works…

I’ve already done all those rn I’m trying to play apex and the error message says “Connection to server timed out” I tried other games and it basically js does the same thing. It freezes me in game then kicks me out to the game menu, and it isn’t my WiFi I’m at 20 ping idk why it keeps doing it. But thanks for the help Anyways.

Somone just told me to try it on a second account, it’s working good no issues on the 2nd account, but my primary account it still freezes & idk why it’s a weird bug issue, i just got my project scorpio a few weeks ago brand new & had it up to date, i
even checked for any new updates & nothing, so for now i’m just playing on my second profile account, it’s weird that it’s working this way only.
