Why does my Xbox prompt me with https://Microsoft.com/ link with a code everytime i sign...

Are you playing on Xbox or PC?

To sign in to Minecraft with your Microsoft account, open the game and look for the “Sign in with a Microsoft account” button on the main screen. Follow the prompts, and it should give you a code and a link to enter on another device at microsoft.com/link. Once you enter the code and sign in with your account, it should link everything up.

No my Xbox is already linked to my Microsoft account, yet it still asks me to link when I try to access any settings on my Xbox.

I use the Microsoft authenticator app, so to link I enter the code on screen from the Xbox into Microsoft.com/link, approve the login on the authenticator app, and then nothing happens on the Xbox. The prompt to link my account times out and I cannot access the settings on my Xbox.

There is no error message.

I don’t think the account linking is working because my account is already linked; it’s a bug it’s not supposed to be asking me to link again.

Why does everytime I start the game it asks me to install/download the Compatibility Pack? I've already installed all the 2nd disc and installed/downloaded the Compatibility Pack when I first put vanilla disc in. Yet everytime I play the game it prompts
me to do it afain!

That doesn’t work. I tried the code on the xbox first. I was then prompted with a message telling to check the instructions that came with the code, and that i may need to put it in on the website. The card that the code came with says to redeem it at
microsoft.com/redeem. So I tried that and was prompted with a message saying I need to put the code in on the Xbox. Its just a loop with the xbox telling me to put the code in on the site and the site telling me to put it in on the xbox. I checked to make
sure my account was in the correct region, and it is(U.S.)
