    Why does my Xbox overheat with certain games?


    Hello everyone,

    I’m on the community server today, for I am looking for answers as to why my Xbox One is overheating when I play NBA 2K20. The fan doesn’t kick into overdrive and I keep it well ventilated as well as clean the fan ports out bi-weekly. If anyone can give
    me tips on what to do it would be greatly appreciated.

    Yea i’ve hard reset the console, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and i’ve hard reset the power brick.

    it is certain games that run really fast due to the graphics. I sometimes have a small fan next to my xbox just to help cool it 👍
