    If you have already tried everything on that link, then there is only two other options to try.

    1. Have you tried doing a reset from the troubleshooting menu?

    2. It may need sending off for a repair

    The xbox one has updates sometimes when the console is off. Does the drive keep spinning for more than 10 minutes after you turn off the console?

    Also, does the drive park when the console turns off? And it keeps spinning?
