    Hello I’m trying to buy call of duty black ops 3 zombies deluxe and it’s days not playable on this device and when I check it also says for some other games as well but I’m very confused because I thought all these games where on the Xbox one?

    The game should be playable on your console. It seems to be a bug or an issue from the store only. Try to purchase the game instead through the website store here https://www.xbox.com/games/store/call-of-duty-b...

    Just make sure that you’re signed in with your correct account before confirming it.

    The digital deluxe edition of the game is for the Series S/X. It does come with the One version, but the One version of the game won't be released until April 4.

    Xbox Series X/S games "not playable on this device" on brand new Xbox One X

    It says "Optimized for series X/S. IT should say "Only for series X/S. Why does Microsoft try to hide this with a little red circle popup note "not playable on this device" If it's not playable then keep it off my Game Pass ultimate and store

    that I pay $16.99 monthly for.
