    Why does my Xbox One S not show up in device manager? It only shows my Xbox 360. I know that I registered it?

    And did you double check with them if maybe them are the only ones that can process and accept warranty issues?

    Another option can be request a call from Microsoft support and see if they’re able to register it for you.

    Because the only option for us, as users is do it via devices page
