Why does my xbox keep kicking off my controllers

why does my xbox one keep turning off

I should also note the controller keeps turning off while also connected to USB. What gives?

Have you tried by wired? It could be an update problem, go to config>devices and look for your control, search for updates and try again.

this sometimes happens to me, and i have identified the problem as a batteries brand problem, some brands make batteries a little smaller than the usual size, so if am playing and move the controller with a certain force the batteries move and the controller
shut off
