Why does my Xbox keep kicking me out

I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem with the game COD Modern Warfare 2. Kindly try clearing your console's cache by following the steps below and see if it helps;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Once done, try the game again but if it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hey Sammi, Please try the following to resolve your issue:

1. Delete your profile (profile only, NOT profile and all items)
   
2. Clear the System Cache
   
3. Re-download your profile

So my results were NAT type A, Download speed 11.3 Mbps, and Upload speed 4.1 Mbps. Do you need anything else?
