Why does my xbox keep disappearing from my xbox app

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that the issue that you’re experiencing isn’t normal, our Xbox console on the Xbox App will not be removed unless manually managed.

In this case, we will be performing a reset on your console keeping games and apps then in setting it up, you will use your Xbox App to permanently fix the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Why does my xbox keep giving me the popup saying that something took too long to start?

Every app i try to open gives me this including network settings and games and apps. It sometimes even does this at the dashboard.

try hard restarting the Xbox if that doesn't work try to go to settings and format keep games and apps

It's still there on my page. It disappeared from my daughters page for a while but eventually came back. Maybe redeem it from the app on the xbox itself if you're not already doing so.

I was having major issues last night too. Netflix kept freezing and kicking me off of xboxlive. It was clearly something wrong with xboxlive last night.

hi iv never had a problem until now and im getting this problem i play for 30 mins or so then disconnect and cant reconnect i have to walk away from the xbox for a bit then come n try connecting again i dont know how to post my own thread on here either
so any help would be appreciated thanx
