Why Does my xbox keep changing my password without my consent to something i dont know

Yeah that isn't something that an xbox does. I would contact xbox support instead of this forum

I think it is the xbox cause i can change the password to the same thing i do everyday witch normally it says you cant change your password to a previous one.

the xbox don't do that you need to check you're account and check all is ok

This kind of nonsense is why I have Windows update set to require confirmation from me on everything, I certainly don't have the patience or time to deal with it installing a "recommended" piece of software while I am in the middle of something, or for it
to install something without my consent that turns out to be bugged and bricks something else (as happened once, and only ever once, before I was smart enough to know to never install patches day one) - if XBox is now installing "recommended" *games* without
my consent there needs to be some kind of option to disable it.
