    You have your console connected by Wi-Fi or network cable?

    Does the console display any error messages?

    Do I need a new xbox because of this problem?

    I've factory reset the Xbox twice and still kicks me out of every game I try, tho I've noticed that before it kicks me the power button on the Xbox blinks 3 times. Is that a faulty sign or something? It's never done this.

    Xbox turn itself off suddently multiple times

    I clean it from time to time and it’s not overheating. This happen when it just started up also, no wierd noice. It does not restart, the xbox button blink a couple times then it just shut off and stay off.

    When it happen in the browser it kinda hang/froze before it happens.

    Xbox live connection problem !

    I have been having problems after the new update it kicks me off live every 15 to 20 minutes in certain games so guess what its not my router xbox, and its not my internet connection so quit telling people that all over these forums. I have three other friends
    who are having same issue. It does not do it on my ps3. And like i said its not all games i played reach for 3 hours straight did not get kicked off one time , when i put in bfbc 2 it kicks me off. I talked to a xbox tech person and we spent 3 hours trying
    to find whats wrong but they wont find it because THEY ARE NOT LOOKING AT THERE PROBLEMS ON THERE END.......

    When ever I'm on xbox live why does it kick Me off of xbox live I can be on xbox live for like 20mins and suddenly I get kicked off and have to sign in all again help please.
