why does my Xbox 360 read my game as a DVD?

me and my fiance recently got two new games (well pre-owned) for our xbox 360. and my Game will play fine with no problems what so ever while my fiances game is constantly being read as a DVD. we have no idea why. what could be the problem. we have gone
to replace the game twice now

Malaysia isn't yet one of the
supported countries, so I don't think that is going to be possible I'm afraid.

The only other thing I can suggest is to
contact support and see if there is anything they can do to help you. That is unlikely but it is worth a try.

Hey there, so you've replaced the game and it's still reading as a DVD? There could be an issue with the disc drive itself and could be the signs of it being on it's way out.
