WHY DOES MY TV KEEP SAYING NO SIGNAL!

My Xbox One S keeps showing no signal when it’s clearly plugged in. Nothing’s wrong with the xbox it works perfectly fine. But it did drop off of my desk which was not a bad fall since my desk is low to the ground. Ive tried everything. I even
tried power cycling I even unplugged everything for nearly 12 hours. I even switched hdmi cables. Still...Nothing

Please make sure you have plugged in the cable at the port as shown below. It must be plugged into port labeled number 2 in the picture below:

you may have damaged the port in the xbox due to the fall, if this is the case, even using a different cable won't help, however if you haven't tried that, I would try a new cable at the very least.

No signal message could be down to a HDMI handshake problem. The fact that its suffered a fall, could mean the port is damaged.

Did you check the HDMI cable?

Try putting it in a different port on the TV?

Try a different cable?

Hard reset the console?

but you dop her of the desk and I guess the HDMI Plug is faulty. Please check if you console is

still on warranty and start a repair order.
