Why does my recently played with not work on the One X?

Go ahead and perform 'Test Multiplayer Connection' and get your 'Detailed network statistics' and let us know the results please. Meanwhile I suggest for you to clear out the console's MAC address.

To clear the alternate MAC address(Network cache)on the Xbox One console follow these steps:

• Go to Settings
  
• Select Network > Network Settings
  
• Select the Advanced Settings
  
• Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
  
• Select clear and restart

Thanks for replying. Does not help though. My games are 3D games. Played them for years on the Xbox 360 just fine. I was in 3D heaven, until Xbox One X. Why would they work fine for years on the Xbox 360 but not the Xbox One X? The Xbox One X will play
them in 2D, but not 3D. I wish I had my Xbox 360 back.

I am referring to the Xbox 360 game. I only recently got an Xbox one x.
Have previously played only on the PC. I bought the game with the Xbox and unfortunately had to realize that it does not work.
What I said, very disappointed. Hope this game still for Xbox one (x) is made functional.

Power cycle did not work. I tried on a different Xbox (the One X) with another controller and that worked. Why it does not work on the One S, I don't know. Thanks for the help
