why does my pre older saying pending

why does my pre-older say pending if payed for it

I pre ordered call of duty it was pending but its not showing up

Question my pre-orders say Pending but since I used my debit card what do I do because the funds where already taken from my account right after I payed, will it stay pending until I pay a second time because if so then Microsoft is scamming me

What payment method did you use for the pre order? Have you already been charged? Pre orders charge your credit card only 10 days before the release date. if it is already less than 10 days for the release, probably your payment method could not be used/was not accepted for the order and Microsoft will try to charge it again before the game release date.

Hey different person same issue. I preordered using my credit card and its saying pending. It says I ordered it on July 14th and it was for a Madden 23 All-Madden edition preorder. EA had exclusive content you could only get if you preordered by the 22nd of July. It says ordered on July 14th snd that I own the game but im just worried since its pending will I not receive said content? An answer would be very appreciated. Thank You

Since you pre-ordered with a credit card that's normal. You're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. You will still get pre-order bonuses.
