Why does my Modern Warfare keep saying "Connection Failed"

I have been trying to play modern warfare, I can't even get past the loading screen because it keeps saying "Connection Failed." I have an Xbox One. My internet connection is perfectly fine and other games work fine. My bf can play modern warfare just fine on his Xbox One literally 15 feet away from me on the same internet and we've had no problem playing together before until now. I think there was a recent update but I have since completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. First the issue started as me not being able to join games while in a party with others and it constantly would say I have a "strict" NAT type on Modern Warfare, while I had an "open" NAT type on my xbox itself. And now it won't even let me past the load-in screen. I have tried uninstalling add-on and reinstalling, uninstalled the game twice and reinstalled, completely restarted my xbox, and restarted the internet. This all started about 3 days ago (I think). And ideas on what I can try?

Perhaps the ports that Live or the game need are being limited or blocked for your IP. Share your phone's network as a hotspot, connect your console to that network and see if it connects.

On black ops 3 i get the ABC error. On modern warfare it just says connection failed, or cant connect to online services

There are Two Xbox ones on my network and only one can access Xbox live servers for Modern Warfare at once. One will get on just fine then the other one will keep failing to connect to Xbox live servers until the other console gets off. What can
be done for this?

Do you 2 copies of Modern Warfare and a separate gold account for each console?

We have two Xbox's and we play fine online and with Modern Warfare.
