Why does my modern warfare 2 freeze and crash every game? xbox series s

Yes, only on Mw2

no error message, just freezes and then inevitable crashes although sometimes it will stay frozen forever unless i restart it manually

I've deleted and reinstalled, cleared mac address, hard reset console, factory reset console, played on another persons account, cleaned out and dusted console, turned every possible graphic setting to its minimum, and probably more just cant remember.

Modern warfare 2 all updates are done and there is none ready to install there are no error messages all it does is freeze and I have to dashboard my game it happens every game I play on mw2

I don't really have trouble with the UI but my console hates Modern Warfare and does all kinds of weird freezing and crashing

So I have had my Xbox series x since Christmas last year and it works great… but I recently bought the new Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 game and the campaign was crashing and freezing… so I did a hard reset.. reset my Xbox to factory settings… uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it just keeps crashing on me like 10 minutes into the game when I play multiplayer online… I have tried everything that I can do… I want to know if I am missing something or what can be the cause of the game crashing every time I play it… and it’s only cod my Xbox crashes on
