    I recently bought Minecraft for my school computer, and when I opened it and tried logging into my Microsoft account, it logged in and, 5 seconds later, started freezing for 20 seconds and eventually crashed. At first, I thought it was my Wi-Fi, and I tried to restart my app, which was working fine until I logged in again. Therefore, I just want a solution to my question. Why does my Minecraft for Windows keep freezing and crashing when trying to log into my Microsoft account, and what can I do to fix it?

    You can try re-downloading Minecraft again too.

    My xbox one x keeps crashing when im playing minecraft windows 10 version not xbox version. The game will freeze then my whole xbox just turns off then it will crash like 5 more time on start up. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling ive done
    mutaple power cycles ive tried moving the consol to a better location and more. Nothing seems to work. This has been happing for over a week now and it only happens in minecraft from everything realms to single player. Can someone please help.

    Let’s try some steps to isolate the issue. Press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

    Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

    In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

    WSReset.exe

    Try installing your game through MS store app.
