Why does my Microsoft order say "refunded, total 0 dollars"?

Keep in mind if a game is refunded it takes 5 business days for ms to issue the refund

However it is upto your bank when they proccess the refund

Unlike payments this is done in batches same as transfers this can take upto 30 days depending on where you are in the world compared to the us

This is how banks work

They dont take one paper at a time they do them by manframe and in LARGE batches

While you wait you are responcible for minimun payments

It could be worse if you paid bypaypal the waiting period is 60to 90days as per the paypal aggreement and yes I went thru the proccess myself even on fraud

It says -10$, refund by Xbox Rewards.

What does that means, I own 10 dollars to Microsoft? lol

I also have not been refunded my 60 dollars for pre ordering the game.

Ok so on Microsoft's side, on my order history, there isnt anything saying that the order is refunded. how is the banks processing, with delays and all the issue if the money hasnt even been refunded yet? My question is that because you said that it is max 7 business days for xbox to credit the refund, surely by the end of today, it should say 'refunded' on my order?
