    Why does my games give me restrictions when I am an adult


    when I try to access my games I get a notice that my account is restricted due to age. I am 54 and I believe I meet all age criteria. Can someone please advise? Thanks

    Playing on Xbox one.

    Why does Microsoft have to limit how I play my game? Why do I have to have Internet? Why can't I sell my game to somebody else with restrictions? Nothing else in this world has used restrictions.

    Age Restrictions

    I am trying to download a beta and it says that I am unable to download it because of age restrictions. When I go to settings it shows I am an adult. All restrictions are open. Why can't I download it?

    im.guessing but it could be possible you didn't setup your account right

    You can call support to confirm if you have a child or Adult account or not

    But once set it can never be changed so you would have to wait till the account turns 18

    It let me put MSP into my accout using the fake adult account, but when using Yahoo, it didn't let me login. Is there a way to remove the parental fake account and put mine as an adult? I am hoping I don't have problems like this in the future, so that is
    why I'm asking this now.

    One more, do I put "find parent account" option? Because it does not say an "Online safety" option for me in my settings, so am I really in control of a parental account?

    Adult account can't buy M rated games

    You may have set the account as adult but is your age set to that of an adult? That may be why its restricted.
