Why does my gamerpic keep changing?

Any way to stop it?

I thought it was my gamer pic or avatar thing, (They're the same for me at least), but it doesn't seem to stick to mine.

So far, I've had a blond dude, a halo dude, mine, and right now I have a metal robot wolf.

does anyone know how to upload my gamerpic from xbox live to facebook. not my avatar. But my gamerpic. thanx.

I'm pretty sure it's tied to my computer, so I'm using chrome. I think I cleared the cache already.

The same thing happens to my picture as well, and I'm using Firefox.

If I had to guess. It's probably a glitch, due to the fact they're in the process of fixing a token redeeming issue on this site.

I admit to a bit of panic coming from me at first, thinking someone had gotten onto my account, but when the picture kept changing...

If it's happening to you, it may not really be tied to my computer. I just figure it had to be my computer because it usually is.

Honestly I thought the same thing at first until I saw the alert.

It should be resolved the end of day.

 

I wondered too so I updated mine. But it's still happening.

 

I have it under good authority that they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it. Mines going crazy as well, but I kind of like it because there's a new picture there every time I reload, haha.

 

Same thing with mine, on firefox. I was hoping they'd add the option to change your gamer pic on xbox.com to anyone of the standard ones xbox one has so it fits the bigger area.

 

Doing the same thing, starting today. It shows random gamer pictures of Friends and Followers. I thought it was just me and perhaps my account was being hacked. At least I can rest easy know that isn't the case.

 

I'm getting a different one on every page I visit. It's not just random pics either, I'm getting other people's avatar gamerpics.

No gamercards are loading either.

 

They are aware of the issue, and are working on it.
