    Why does my game miss the language which is claimed to be available?


    The Witcher 3 and AC Origins have no Russian language (neither text/audio) but both are claiming to have this one on the MS Store on my Xbox

    Why does my game miss the language which is claimed to be available?

    Phisically i'm in Ukraine, but UA wasn't supported by XBOX (nor as language, nor as region) at the moment of purchasing the games. I bought them under Argentina region and Russian interface language. Since the purchase some time passed and i decided to try the games, but found them not supporting Russian language despite of the claiming on its Store pages about supporting for Russian now.

    Hey there juke138skywalk.

    Does the region of your account match your physical location? Language availability can vary on your region and location which may explain why it's in a different language.

    Then I should have been warned in the Xbox Live section that the game's language is strictly locked to the game's region instead of claiming that the game is available in different languages. That's pretty unfair.
