Why does my game have a error code when u try to install or load in?

My Mondern Warfare 2 is not letting get into it every time I try it says there was a problem launching your game try launching again if still won't launch Uninstall and reinstall but when I try reinstalling it says you don't own this but the Microsoft store says you own this manage it

But that's the thing it won't let me install or uninstall

The same thing happened the error code popped up again ( 0x87e1000c)

In my purchase history it says I bought.i bought this game last year on Dec 28 and it worked perfectly fine until about a month ago. If it is a corrupt file how would I know? I am playing on Xbox one console, also its only this game that I am having problems with
