Why does my FS2024 on Xbox keep freezing on startup

Over the last 2 days fs2024 has stopped working on my Xbox series X. The game loads normally each time but the moment the start button appears and I try to access the game itself to begin playing it freezes. The trailer freezes and I can’t move the cursor to press on the start button. Ive tried everything including: resetting the console, uninstalling and reinstalling fs2024 (which I’ve done twice to no avail), checking my internet connection and resetting my modem, clearing my MAC address, clearing storage (there is sufficient space), restarting the console, unplugging the console and restarting it, checking for updates both for the console and fs2024 and removing and readding my Xbox account.

None of these have worked and I don’t know what else to try at this stage. This all started after SU1 was released

I understand that you've done lots of possible troubleshooting steps but none of the worked on your situation. Are you experiencing issues with other games or just with MSFS 2024?

i just did the "chat support" because i was experiencing the same problem and it turns out i had corrupted data on my HDD after clearing that everything works fine

i read that it mean's your console is overheating due to it not having enough ventillation. try to clean out your disc tray and putting your console somewhere it can breathe with the power brick

how do i find out what my corrupted data is? ive had this problem for about 3 months and i got my xbox 2 months before it happened, and i really need to fix it
