    Why does my crave app keep freezing


    Every show I watch on crave keeps freezing and I have to exit the show then resume it and it’s fine for about 4 minutes then it does the same thing, it freezes then goes black with the play button at the bottom but you hit play and nothing happens .

    Crave TV app freezing when trying to watch House of the Dragon

    We are having the exact same issue. Crave will stream House of the Dragon for maybe 5 seconds and then it freezes. I tested out a different show om Crave and tried Fresh Prince of Belair, and it streamed without any hesitation. It seems to be the high resolution shows like House of the Dragon that are freezing. Is there a way to adjust the streaming res on the Crave app? The default seems to be the highest possible rate, and I can't find where to change it on the app to test my theory. It's annoying having to cast the show from my cell.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, did you also reset the console removing everything? Because if this keeps happening that will be the last resort.

    When trying to access the Xbox Dashboard, your Xbox might be freezing or you might be getting one of these annoying error codes: 0x800705b4 or 80151103. We got this one! Our top people are working hard to fix this issue and get everything back to normal.

    As a work around you can try pulling your hard drive out and booting the xbox. Seems to make it usable until this is resolved.
