    Why does my controller turn off after it connects to my xbox one.


    So I've used 4 different controllers on my xbox one and every time it connects to the box, the controller turns off. I thought well maybe my batteries are being weird , so I bought a different pack and still the issue persists. The controllers are fairly
    new so I can't see that being the issue since they connect fine to my other xbox in my room. I'm not sure what's to issue here or how to fix it.

    Also, when turning on my xbox, the tv does not detect the xbox (i've tried multiple tv's) and the xbox does not detect my controllers as well even when connecting them with a usb cable, after about 5 minutes the xbox turns off by itself and when trying to connect to the xbox using remote play it says console off. Also, it does not let me turn off the xbox.. For some reason i have to unplug it.

    You could plug your controller into your Xbox as well and that should stop the controller from turning off due to inactivity I believe.

    I think the only thing you can do is keep pressing you r controller because when using MnK the controller is registered as inactive so turns off after so long of not being used. I experienced the same thing because i have a wired headset that goes into
    my controller.
