why does mw2 and warzone say it cant connect to a data center?

I want to play the new mw3 2023 multiplayer. Can i open with warzone because warzone 2 is outdated and if i go to warzone section it opens mw2 only way to play. Cod mw3 is clicking on multiplayer. Which is free so why is it telling me to buy game pass

Is this happening only with Call of duty or if you try a different game the issue persist?
What Xbox console do you have?
When this started to happen? Or is this the first time that you try to play the game?
And, what did you tried so far to fix this
