Why does MS keep uploading DLC for games that isn't out yet.

They have already got watch dogs season pass up and the game isn't out till the end of the month.

How come Microsoft responds to Halo rumors but not rumors about it's own console?

It isn't that difficult to understand why MS comments on one and not the other. Halo 3 is a released product. MS has yet to announce a new console. MS does not comment on unannounced products.

 

Lego DC Super Villains Season Pass

There isn't any DLC out for the game yet, so you may own it, it's just that there is no content to download yet.

 

Im not sure why they do it. However i belive the season pass isnt acctually the DLC rather just a "key" to download the DLC for free when it does release

 

Not bad for £15.99 though.

 

Yeah, an extra £15.99 for content that has been deliberately cut out of the game isn't bad at all.

 

Not going anywhere near the season pass to well after the game is out, had a good play on it and see what is what.

 

They put it up now because due to the hype surounding the game many gamers will by this pass before trying the actual game.

Some of those who buy the pass now may not of done so had they waited till after they tried the game out. Its win win for developers, those that like the game will buy the pass, some of those that don't like the game will already own the pass. So too late.

 

Most DLC is a waste of money/time...

Fallout DLC is worth every penny though.

All DLC has a value to someone. EG- A gamer who gets 1000 hours play out of Call Of Duty DLC thinks its great value but the same gamer may buy Fallout DLC an only get 15 hours from it and feel cheated. Its all relative.

Will wait till i see what the content is. Not getting burned again by Ubisoft season pass I purchaed the blackflag season pass and got one piece of single player gameplay that lasted 4 hours max. The rest was all MP and I dont play AC MP

 

My inner grammar-nazi is raging right now at that title.

But I'm also not going to bother with season passes anymore, for the same reason as VC

 

You say that and then start with 'but' :S

 

There's nothing wrong with starting a sentence with "but". They say not to do it in school to make kids use commas and longer sentences.

 

I think its just a case of it being available so why not stick it out for purchase. Not something I would do or buy though.
