    Why does minecraft redownload as the beta


    I've used this app before on my xbox one s, and after I'm done looking through the minecraft beta I follow the instructions, but the only way to have minecraft redownload normally is to completely uninstall the xbox insider hub app. Is there anything I can do so I dont have to do this everytime?

    I can't leave beta

    Hi, I suppose you are in the Preview Program, you must sign out from the Minecraft beta from the Preview App, than delete and redownload Minecraft so you can switch back to the stable version.

    To fix get rid of the beta Minecraft you must delete the insider app and reinstall minecraft

    If power cycling does not try anything I would try deleting and redownloading the software, starting with the Minecraft game itself followed by the DLC.

    ..So your xbox freezes when you start up Minecraft? (Just trying to figure out why it's you posted this in the Minecraft section).

    Have you tried deleting it and/or clearing your cache, then redownloading it?
