Xbox 360 to Xbox One digital game not downloading on Preview

I purchased a digital download of mass effect from the microsoft xbox store in order to play it on my xbox one as a Preview program member. The digital game download does not show up in my 'ready to install' game area. Why is the digital download not there?

Why the need for a billing address

But what if you don't use a credit card for payment. Like I said if I redeem a points card when I go and buy something it then asks for a billing address. If I want to buy things from the US store with Xbox One games now being region free why should I need
a US billing address. I have a UK billing address for card payments on my UK account so why does it need a US one?

In order to say you are from the US or UK whatever you selected you must confirm.it So they charge you the correct taxes AND YOU have the right currency for your location

So if you are in China but pretend to be in the US that won't work as you could.be violating your local laws trying to get.content you aren't supposed.to

You are supposed to.use your physical.region

Common it's not rocket science

If you are using a prepaid creditcard or even a regular credit card it still required your physical address as it's supposed to match your billing region

In order for prepaid creditcard to work you must register an address
