Microsoft, Make a better support system for recovering our accounts. This is not a suggestion, this is a warning. I've had my account taken twice from two different emails and I'm sick and tired of this goose chase, either you fix your stuff so this can't be hacked remotely using your system or just cut yourselves by the root.
I request a formal apology.
