Why does Microsoft hate Customers with old Hardware?

To all Microsoft Xbox360 Creators:

I wonder for a long time whether big world companies still have any interest in how their customers fare with their products?

In truth, they probably just give a **** on it, otherwise they would not program such a ****! Since the last update it is not possible to log in to XBoxLive WITHOUT PROVIDER CHANGE! Why would a person in his right mind change provider just because a handful
of incompetent programmers are not doing their job right?

To their luck, this is an American company. A German who builds such ****, one would have tarred and feathered and then dragged in parts through the streets! But since Mexico and Canada border on limitless idiocy, one must still be glad that they do not
swallow on the Bretzel and miserably suffocate!

With this renewed disappointment, participation in the X-Box-Live program is finally over for me! Really sad that you are worth nothing, just because you can not afford the latest hardware! Is time to think about a change to Sony and as a base on the desktop
possibly make a Linux installation!

I can understand some disappointment but the xbox 360 console is coming up on being 19 years old. We're literally about to have another generation of hardware roll out. It's also possible that your issue isn't actually related to the update. Do you have
some more details about the error you're receiving?

I wouldn't imply that they hate it simply because its their creation i will imply that they moved on they provided better for us. So its not hate its just upgrade they won't really have much in store for gamers who still has xbox 360 because their focus
is on elevating the gaming world.

Customers with older hardware are able to spend money on the same services as people with new hardware. They care for you all the same.

At the end of the day they just want our money. No company really "cares" about their customers.

I'm sorry about your frustration. The shift into the new gens is never fun and sacrifices are made. The 360 is coming up on 15 years old, and they seem to be sunsetting it, but it's never fun to have to deal with the wind down.
