Why does microsoft deny the XBOXoneS has major faults?

Since i bought the PUBG release XBOXONES ive had nothing but issues with it. Ive spent hours on the phone with microsoft setting up my router to their specs. Spent 250$ on a new router which i was told was the issue. Drove four hours away to the nearest
microsoft store to swap it. Was lied to by tech support about the ability to downgrade to the original xbox one. Lied to about my isp blocking xbox servers. Just complete and utter garbage. If this is how microsoft does business im about to switch to playstation
for my gaming. I currently own about 8 grand in xbox gear and the only thing i can use is my original xbox one. the S is garbage i want a refund. Im tired of being lied to over and over again. If someone could get ahold of me soon about refunding my money
for all this garbage that would be great. Besides here im currently posting to reddit. posting video on youtube, post all over facebook , and speaking with other within my own gaming community about boycotting xbox. i would love to enjoy the two hours a week
i get to play without constant interuptions. Me and my wife used to enjoy gaming together until these issues arose. Ive since spent hours and money on trying to fix this with no resolve. Anyone else on board hit me up. My message board on reddit is at about

If I purchase xboxone in UK or Germany will it work wthout problems in Serbia? When does Microsoft plan to make the xboxone evailable in Serbia/Balkan region?

Ive tried comcast ive tried spectrum i own 4 xbox ones and 2 xboxone's . no issues out of the originals only the s. Its not my provider. Ive also used my hotspot my neighbors net and the crap at mcdonalds down the street its not my service . its the S

 

Its cool guys i got nothing else to do for the next two hours cant play xbox atm thanks to service issues on their end. I got all day to post and the luxury to do so at work .

I own an X and an s and haven't had any issues,

Try going to the store you bought it from and get a refund.

If that isn't possible I'm afraid I can't help with that.

 

Very helpful thanks. Microsoft store denied me a refund and only swapped it. The guy behind the counter telling me he has seen this issue alot with them. He works at microsoft store where i bought it..... 4 hours away from my house. Yes its the closest
one. I know some csr at a store probably doesnt have much pull , but ive spent alot of money on this stuff only to be let down by the S, along with alot of other people. Just want microsoft to fix this .

 

The S is garbage and microsoft should replace them with working models. I merely want what i thought i was paying for. Instead i was ripped off by microsoft wasting gas and half a day to drive to swap it for the original only to be told by the csr at
the store he was unable. despite being told by the microsoft representative who called me a week earlier due to my complaint. Can a multi-billion dollar corporation not get their facts right?

 

I don't think the original is made anymore, which might be why they can't swap it out.
