Why does me Xbox controller keep blinking when plugged into my windows 10 computer

Ok, from what I understand the problem would not be the control nor the USB cable, I am going to show you some steps to follow that I saw in a forum and helped the person who had this same problem to solve it.

Let's start with the Xbox Accessories app.

Can you go to Settings > Apps > find "Xbox Accessories" in the default tab list, select it, and click "Advanced"?

From there, scroll down a bit and press "Reset." This will reset the Xbox Accessories app and make sure everything is fine by verifying the Windows 10 Store signature.

This should rule out whether the problem is with the application itself. If this does not resolve the issue, we will consider other services for further action.

Summary: I fixed it by plugging USB cable into a controller and pc, win 10 recognized it, system restart was required and after that controller was working wirelessly also.

Longer description: I installed fresh windows 10, downloaded and installed all win updates, then I tried all these steps and at the end controller started working.

1) plugged wireless adapter into USB windows 10 recognized it but Xbox one controller won't connect (keep on blinking)

2) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port but Xbox one controller won't connect (keep on blinking)

3) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port started task manager removed Xbox one adapter, windows found it again but still noting (gamepad keep on blinking)

4) plugged wireless adapter into another USB port (front) started task manager removed Xbox one adapter and Xbox drivers, windows found it again installed it but still noting (gamepad keep on blinking)

5) FINALLY, I fixed it by plugging USB cable into a controller and pc, win 10 recognized it, system restart was required and after that controller was working wirelessly also.

the sync button on the controller is pressed? Is the console plugged directly into the wall or a surge protector? Which troubleshooting steps have you attempted with the support agents? If the console is plugged into a surge protector, we recommend plugging

You have to be on the same network, wired ( its better for the quality ) or wireless.

Start your xbox , launch xbox app on windows 10, plug your xbox one controller on your computer then launch the stream.
