Why does looking at captures disconnect me from game servers?

As title.

Whenever I'm playing an online game and I look at my captures using the guide, I get disconnected from the game server and have to quit the app to reconnect.

The most frequent example of this I experience is; playing eFootball, I'll save a clip from a match and then once the match is over, I'll check the clip using the guide. Once I finish watching it and go back to the game, I get a server error message and there's no way for me to reconnect without quitting the app. The exact same scenario happens when I do the same things while playing Multiversus but at least that game kicks me back out to the start screen, where starting obviously establishes a connection.

Is this by design?

this is usually done for security.

It started happening in some games after a serious fifa 22 or 21 glitch if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah it does NOT sign me off xbox live, it just disconnects me from mw3 servers and gives me the popup saying the mw3 server is not available.

That rank corrupted data thing has been happening since CoD4. Let me explain why this happens and why its not because of devs or updates.

When you are playing and you get disconnected from the game servers and are still playing but never reconnect your rank progress stops for the servers. Then if you continue to play and rank up even though you are not connected your rank may increase on your
screen, but for the servers it is still stopped at when you became disconnected.

Do you have a game capture connected to your Xbox? If yes, you may need to disconnect it as it may be the issue why you're getting the error.
