    Umm... if there is any one out there that could tell me the easiest way to find out, when you report them, for what every reason that you report them. what is the east way to make sure, that enforcement actually, takes action on the report, that you sent
    out. Because every time that I send a report out. I get a message back from enforcement back, within like, 14 to 15 days. Not when ever you go the call Xbox live customer support they just tell you that it takes 24 hours for Enforcement to receive the report,
    them it takes them another 24 hours to decide what they are going to do with the account. To be totally honest with you I don't mind waiting the 48 hours for them to take action on the account. but when you don't receive a message from Xbox, in like in 2 or 3
    days it's a bit annoying. I was like 15 days I had to wait for a message from Xbox, (Stating that they have token action on one or more of you r recent filed complaints you filed.) 15 days it took the last time I reported some, for the message to receive me.
    So out of all of this, I'm just wondering why it takes like at lot longer for the enforcement team to review your reports, than Xbox live customer support says that it is, also I'm not saying that Xbox live customer support is lying. It's just It takes longer
    than they say it will take. And I don't know nit it's just for me that this is happening but. It's annoying. Thank-you for reading this.

    XBOX Enforcement Please HELP!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. As long as you have filed complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate, but it does take time. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. Filing complaints on the console is the only
    way to report them to the enforcement team.

    The enforcement team are the only ones whocould tell ypou why it was changed. You would have to go to the enforcement sitefor that information. It doesn't matter how long you've had a tag. It just may have taken that long for someone to report it.

    There really isn't a way to make sure exactly. Even if the enforcement team gets the report in 24-48 hours, it still takes time for them to investigate everything before they take action, so it can take some time depending on the situation and there is no
    exact timetable.

    Im being harassed online.

    Support doesn't handle enforcement issues. Only the enforcement team does. And the only way to have them look into it is by reporting the other person. So as long as you reported them, the issue will be investigated and the enforcement team will take the
    appropriate action.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here can ban them. As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action. Not everything is automated.

    Why do some people get banned for minor infractions but people who use racial slurs don't even get touched?

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Racial slurs are a violation of the code of conduct, so as long as you have reported those people, the enforcement team will investigate them as well and take the appropriate action.
