Why does it say unexpected error when I try to change my privacy and safety thingy on my...

Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

In case you cannot change the settings of your account, it could be that your account was setup as a minor or a child. But first, try if you can change it using a different device or browser via https://account.xbox.com/en-gb/Settings/Home then go to "Privacy & online safety" tab.

From there, try to change the settings again to allow it or set it to "everyone". In case you are having problems, I suggest to check via https://account.microsoft.com/family page to see if you are part of any family group. In case you are in a family group, ask the organizer or adult account to change the settings for you in order to adjust the restriction.

When I click the "Privacy & Online Safety" tab, I am redirected to to a page that displays, "The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

As far a the family page, I'm not in a family group.

It says

Change your child’s Xbox privacy and online safety settings
when I try to change my privacy settings.

The issue/problem solved, I put another account with adult type in my family. So right now I can edit privacy and online safety setting. and after I finish, when I want to submit the change, the next problem appear.... error message show "An unexpected
error occurred. Please try again later." Is always show after I click Submit button, even I wait for a moment. So, What I should do?

I try with another account, and submit the privacy and online safety change, and its success without error message... I think my account had a problem... please help me
