Why does it say that my original gamertag is not allowed

Why won't it let me use this gamertag that I came up with. There isn't anything inappropriate about it. Btw it is not the name I chose above that is the gamertag I already have.

The name I am using on here is my gamertag at the moment. The one I want to use is a rather stupid name but I think it's fun and is called Togipaski

if its the name you are using on here then someone already has that name, not sure why it says not allowed as it should give number after it.

Yes im trying to return back to my old gamertag Zqfk. Im willing to pay but it says this gamertag isnt allowed. Why wouldnt it be allowed if i had it in the past?

It has been nearly 72 hours since the original decision was overturned. I have been trying to change my gamertag back to my original one every day. I have also attempted to contact microsoft directly but the online option does not allow me to talk to a live
person. All it says is to speak to the virtual assistant or to post on the forums which I finally did.
