Why does it say that my item is not covered under warranty even though it expires on aug.2015?

so my xbox one mic stopped working but i can hear other people when they talk, and now I am trying to get a replacement but it says my item is not covered under warranty. Why is this?

Xbox 360s Disc Drive Problem

It is very disappointing to know that my Xbox 360s which I bought in Dubai, is not covered under warranty in India. Presently I live in India and having problems with my Disc Drive (Console is not reading any Discs), when I contacted Xbox Service Centre,
I was told that though my console is under warranty period, it is not covered under warranty in India. I really doubt that World leaders like Microsoft would put such kind of warranty hitches. I want my full rights as a Microsoft Xbox Customer and my Console
to be covered under warranty in India as I live in India and also I am a registered Xbox customer from India only.

How long is the warranty on an advanced replacement?

My devices page is showing confusing information. I thought I heard awhile back you get a 90 day warranty when you get an advanced replacement.

When I did this....I now notice it shows my kinect sensor as under warranty until February 2015. As if it got extended by....90 days. Not complaining....but I never sent in my Kinect sensor. So im wondering why it seemed to get a 90 day extension?

Thats not even the most confusing part. It shows my replacement one as under warranty until February 2016. So which is it? Am I only covered until February? Or am I covered until 2016. Seems kind of weird that the Kinect date is February 2015 and the One
console is February 2016.

Accessories usually only have a 90 day warranty. If you purchased your console in August then 90 days would have ended in November.

Try clicking on Replace An Accessory and see what you are charged for the item.

This issue has been occurring since several months (since June). My warranty expired last month in August.

Any possibility if it can be covered under warranty please, as problem started during warranty period and warranty expired very recently (last month in Aug).

why say is it under warranty, warranty does not cover liquid damage you should know this.

Okay. So why does it say “Microsoft Limited Warranty 1 years” under it when I check my controller under registered devices, which is listed separately by the way? And why doesn’t the expiration say it expired 30/90 days after the purchase?

Is it just because it’s automated and it’s essentially wrong information?

Omfg I ordered it too. They confirmed I ordered it. And said within few hours it will update and say my warranty is 2017. Not 2015. Day later. Still says February 2015. Contacted them. Ohh. It never went through yet I paid and charged my bank. So even though
I paid they won't give me the product. And I can't try buying it again because after I bought it the big green button disappeared. I think microsofts trying to get away by not covering your warranty. If I don't get this resolved within the next 2 days.
I'm contacting my lawyer and filing a lawsuit. I want my dang warranty. I even took a picturee of proof that I bought it
