Why Does it Say "Share" Instead of Install on my Microsoft and Xbox websites?

Just bought a 100$ Pro Controller and not only is it hard to find but when I finally found a so called app that accompanied this Controller there isn't even an option to install it.

Look, I get it Xbox. When I buy all the games there hasn't been one issue for even a second. Don't even consider an issue even worth thinking about- when it comes to me giving you money. So tell me why I can't redeem a 10 dollar reward and haven't been able to for a whole year?

You licensed this Nacon Revolution X Controller to Microsoft, you have an app store where this app is nowhere to be found. When you fight and dig and claw your way to the actual app (not even a photo cover for the app in store) you will be met with an option to Share about the app.

Why do I want to share the promotion or the location of the app? I want to download it and use it.

It's literally like pulling teeth from Microsoft/Xbox trying to get help. Probably hard to do anything when you're counting all those billions and billions of dollars.

Revolution-X app you are trying to get?

If it is, I went to my MS Store app and punched that in and have managed to download it. This is the link that comes up for me, unless its region restricted but might be worth a go.

I have just discovered that it is on my account now, at least at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders says so but it does not seem to be loading in the minecraft launcher, so many of my worries have been assuaged, but yes, it seems my issue is it not letting me install the game.

The fact that it is registered to an account of mine in the microsoft ecosystem is good, but my problem has instead shifted to it not showing up at all in the minecraft launcher or website. The xbox website, the only place I could find at the moment where it is registered for me, only has the option to download it on an xbox console.

Oo then why does it even show up then or why doesnt it say that instead of stuff about my region?

I tried clearing the download queue and it instead decided to uninstall my game and all of the dlc for it. My question is WHY?? Why does clearing the download queue uninstall the game and all dlc?? Mind you, the content has been installed for years and I've played it for years. Something is suspicious with microsoft

This new window that appears as soon as you click on the Xbox app installer, can you share a picture of that?

Also, may I know what happens if you try to install the Xbox app using the Microsoft store instead and not the exe launcher?
