    Why does it say my email is wrong? I clicked the link for my account and my info is right from the number of ppl posting about the same problem it looks like the problem is on your end so plz get it sorted out asap.

    Could not be signed in to LIVE.

    I'm sorry, but this didn't work, I clicked 'I forgot my password' typed my email and letter code in, I then chose Customer Support and filled out the form, it sent an email to my second email, I clicked the link to reset my password but I still get the blocked
    message... There is no reason for it do this and block everything to do with my LIVE account... =/

    Can't access my 360 account on my xbox one.

    I used my sister's email to create my xbox 360 account and tried to access this account on my xbox one, instead it created a new account when i entered the correct email. I even changed the password for the email and it keeps saying I have to log onto the
    email and verify the account but it doesn't send me the link it is suppost to. Also I tried to change my account's microsoft account to my own one but it doesn't let me it says Sorry, we can't change your microsoft account right now. Does anyone know why it
    created a new account instead of giving me my 360 account?

    Our reports indicate that we have not been able to deliver messages to your address. While this does not negatively impact Rewarding, it may cause you to miss messages from our program. Can you roughly recall the last time you received a message from our
    program, and that you would like to receive these messages?

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    My account "does not exist", but I am logged in and still receiving email notifications. I just can't access account settings or log in anywhere else.

    It says my email address on the profile I'm posting this from, click the link I provided, that's my email. I'm also only here because I received an email notifying me of your reply -- because it clearly knows my account exists and what email it is associated with. When I click the top right, account management menu, it displays my email, but when I click "My Microsoft account" then suddenly my account does not exist.

    Ok so .. i checked my infos and they are right ... but billing infos are wrong because he links my account to an email which i created a while back and that email was meant to be fake and location is set as default to united states and cant change it...
    I have to add an info: my account was connected to this old and fake email but almost 1 year ago i switched my xbox account to the right email and wanted to delete the old email ... it worked now i have the right account on the right email but still the same
