Why does it say my billing info is incorrect?

Enter your name precisely as it appears on the card. Only include your middle initial if it appears on your card.

If this is a company card, enter the company name as both a first name and last name. For example, if the company name is "Contoso Shoes" split the company name into the first and last name fields.

If the company only has one name, for example, "Contoso," enter the company name in both the first and last name fields.

If you are asked to enter the address and it exceeds the Address 1 field, use the Address 2 field. Do not shorten or abbreviate your address.

The card number and type cannot be edited, so if you make a mistake, you'll need to add a new one with the correct information. Other credit card information can be edited, such as billing address and expiration date.

Kindly sign in to account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > Address book to update your Billing information.

Also, check if your Xbox Live region matches your billing address by signing your account on account.xbox.com > click on your gamer picture > click the 3 dots symbol > Xbox settings > then Xbox 360 region.

Important: Do NOT change the region as this will cause your account to undergo an account migration. You won't be able to change your region for 90 days.

First I would triple check the info through your Microsoft account at the first link below. Secondly, you can always contact direct Microsoft support at the second link below. I had a similar issue and it was due to my Rewards account was linking to an
old GT I hadn't used in ages. Have you tried re-registering?

no, what does your "more info" say lexana? should say something like power cycle the router, but there should also be some more info there saying something like "dns servers can't resolve xbox live.." or WEP/WPA key incorrect.
