Why does it say its having trouble signing into my xbox live account

It says the same thing to me including my pc. This has been happening for the past two days and I've been trying to play but it won't let me. It's not just xbox live, it's also one drive, and other apps. It might be my account in general.

I dont know whenever I create a xbox live account it says your free account was created but was not signed into xbox live . Its weird it does not happen on my friends xbox I asked them . I have never seen this happen . It is doing it every time to .

ok so it does let me sign in on my xbox account but not on microsoft an error message does come up, its this

I am having trouble signing into my whole Xbox live account. It tells me to sign in using my email and password and says there was a problem and to try again later. I have tried multiple times and even checked my connection, which is good, and still won't
let me sign into my Xbox live.

Yeah, NAT is already at moderate, and the child account is already set to custom and allowed to Join Multiplayer Games.

Networking itself is fine because as the parent account, I can play Multiplayer with no issue. And if I'm signed in then of course it's fine for him also.

Its only the child account that is giving me trouble. For any online game it keeps asking my child to buy Xbox Live Gold, even though a subscription is active on the box.

The error says "Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality"

All profile settings seem to match.

Any other suggestions?
