    Why does it say i reached my refund limit when i have never refunded anything


    I accidentally bought VC for Nba2k24 when i meant to buy it for 2k25 and i tried to refund it and it said i couldnt.

    What I can recommend here is to reply to the email and make an appeal to your request. You will need to explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.

    Asking for refunds will never get your account banned. The most that can happen is for a refund to be denied or to reach your refund limit.

    Hi, I’m struggling to understand how this means I’m at my limit as it doesn’t say what the limit was when I scrolled down to read eligibility, so does this mean the limit is 2 The in game currency that I have bought has not been Used at all so why shouldn’t I be granted a refund?
